What is stress?

I don't like to explain it in a technical way because each and everyone was experiencing it in day to day life through the job, life, poverty, rejection even I too in stress while writing this article not physically but emotionally I have faced lots of stress due to family problem. and I like to say the tips on how to manage stress.


What is a major cause of stress?


Many of the parents were fighting most often only for silly things in most cases the mistake was in one particular person in both, but they don't realize about their children and in fighting their ego plays a major part and there may be work stress and studies stress, etc.. why am I saying this to you people, I know lots of people also were in this situation. there may be other causes of stress but this stress comes when they are over 25 they know how to overcome the stress


Strategies on how to manage stress


Listen to music



I hope, this will work because music is the only thing that directly interacts with our soul more than anything because when you listen to the music you don't feel any other things that bother you when listening to the music you may feel crying when something disturbs you in your subconscious mind and when you cry every depression will go off.


Do some exercise or yoga



Because when you doing exercise you will sweat at that time it will reduce your stress and you feel energized after taking a bath and by doing yoga it will purify your thought and it may help you in overcomes depression


Speak to the person you love


Every person have a special person in their life make a call and speak to them tell your situation they will make your mood better what if you don't have a special person then don't worry talk to your pets or any other animals around you I know it was childish but hope me I do the same when I am in depression.


Go enjoy the nature



Nature is the one thing that we all are blessed to see so when you are in depression go enjoy the nature around you it will also help you to overcome your depression.


Love yourself



This is the one thing that we all forget to do because when you love yourself nothing can hurt you from the outside because you know how to face them all and please don't feel for some silly things such as that I was short, I was black, I was ugly, I was not looking handsome because when you keep on feeling like this means you will go into to the depression so don't feel.


Go play the outdoor games


Nowadays we don't like to play outdoor games but playing outdoor games not only improves your mood it will also keep you fit so play at least 2 hours a day. one survey says after the arrival of free fire and pubg the outdoor games playing percentage came to very very low. so, please don't play games like this play outdoor games.


Play with children


When playing with the children you feel like the children and you will forget all your pain. so, spent time with children.


Don't focus on what you hate focus on what you love


Most of our people are focusing on the negative things instead of thinking about the positive things when you keep on thinking about negative things you will lose your mind and you will get depressed so think about positive things around you.

Watch your favorite comedian's show

It will reduce your Depression and helps you in overcoming depression.


DO WHAT YOU LOVE TO DO


Over 60% of people were not doing what they love so that only most of our people were in depression so what we all need to do is find our point of interest and do that don't worry about the money you will satisfy with what you are doing.
